The method

Point it at your site.
Get the whole picture.

Enter a domain or a list of URLs — yours and your competitors’ — and Prism scores every page on the ten-dimension framework, fetches what is actually showing up in the answers, rewrites what is falling short, and models what fixing it is worth.

01Set the scope

Your site, their sites, every page scored.

Give Prism a domain and it finds the content. Give it a specific list of URLs and it scores exactly those. Do the same for your competitors, and everything lands on one comparable scale from the first run.

No sampling, no representative pages. Every URL gets its own score and its own grade.
  • Whole domain or a URL list. Audit everything, or scope it to the pages that actually matter to the business.
  • Competitors on the same scale. Add the sites you are measured against and they are scored identically, so a comparison means something.
  • A number and a grade per page. A numeric Prism Score for tracking, an A–F grade for the conversation with everyone who does not want a number.

Upload your brand guidelines and your audience information. Prism learns what you are allowed to claim, what you must never say, the register you write in, and the level you are pitching at — before it suggests a single word.

Generic AI copy is easy to spot and easy to ignore. Guidelines are what stop it.
  • What you can and cannot say. Regulated claims, banned phrases and required disclaimers respected in every suggestion.
  • How you say it. Your register, sentence rhythm and vocabulary — so a draft reads like your team wrote it.
  • Who you are talking to. Audience level set once, so the content is not pitched at a beginner when your buyer is an expert.
03Fetch, rewrite, simulate

See what the answers actually say. Then fix the page.

Open any URL and fetch the live data behind its weakest dimensions — what is really surfacing in the answers for that page today. Then rewrite it yourself, or let Prism draft it against your brand guidelines. Hit simulate and watch the score move before anything is published.

You can see exactly what changed from your original copy — nothing is rewritten behind your back.
  • Fetch live, per dimension. Pull current answer-surface data for the dimensions dragging that page down.
  • Rewrite by hand or by AI. Your draft or a generated one — either way it is scored the same, and you approve what ships.
  • Simulate before you publish. Watch the projected score move, then compare the new copy against the original line by line.
  • Download the Word packet. Findings, the revision and the schema markup in a .docx a writer or agency can work from.

How often should commercial air filters be replaced?

Most commercial buildings replace filters every 3–6 months, shortened to 6–8 weeks in high-dust environments or during peak cooling season.

↗ Facilities maintenance guide

What MERV rating is right for an office building?

MERV 8–13 covers most commercial offices; higher ratings capture finer particles but increase static pressure on the air handler.

↗ Manufacturer specification sheet

Does a clogged filter actually raise energy costs?

A restricted filter forces the blower to work harder, and field studies consistently show measurable increases in fan energy use before any comfort complaint appears.

04Competitor velocity

The guessing is over.

Rhythm, not just rate — steady weekly output reads differently than quarterly bursts, and a sudden step-up usually means a competitor staffed up.

The guessing is over. Know exactly how much and how often your competitors are publishing content. Everyone has an instinct about whether a competitor is outpublishing them. Almost nobody has the number. Prism tracks the rate at which every tracked competitor ships new content, against yours, month after month.

Output is the leading indicator. It shows up in their calendar long before it shows up in your score.
  • Rate, not anecdote. Pages per month for you and each competitor, from dated URLs, tracked over a rolling window.
  • What they shipped, and when. A first-seen feed of new competitor pages — the raw material for deciding what to answer next.
  • Volume read against score. High velocity with low citability produces a lot of pages nobody quotes. Both numbers sit side by side.
05Scheduled scans

Schedule your automated scans.

Set a cadence and Prism re-scans on its own — your pages and your competitors’. Every run produces a what-changed report, so the question stops being “did the content work?” and becomes “which pages moved, and why.”

A one-off audit is a snapshot people argue with. A series is a record.
  • Automatic, on your cadence. Monthly, or whatever rhythm your publishing runs on. Nobody has to remember to press the button.
  • Movement separated from noise. Because scoring is deterministic, a change in the number means something actually changed.
  • Competitors tracked alongside. Their monthly performance is captured in the same run, so you see the gap widening or closing.

Every executive wants to tie effort to impact. With Prism Optimizer, you now can forecast it. Buyers are searching your market every month. Prism knows the verified volume and knows where you currently show up. Add your own conversion and close rates — or start from industry averages — and it models what an improved position is actually worth in revenue.

Every figure is labeled — verified, modeled, benchmark or yours. If it cannot say where it came from, it should not be in the boardroom.
  • Start from real demand. Verified keyword-level volume, never an inflated grouped total.
  • Your economics or ours. Enter your own metrics, or use labeled industry averages until you have them.
  • Three scenarios. Conservative, expected and ambitious — so the discussion is about which level to fund, not about one number.
07Common questions

Questions people ask.

Do I have to audit my whole site?

No. Point Prism at a domain and it will find the content, or give it a specific list of URLs and it scores exactly those. Most teams start with the pages that matter commercially and widen from there.

How do competitors get added?

The same way you add your own site — a domain or a URL list. They are scored on the identical ten dimensions, which is what makes the comparison usable rather than anecdotal.

Will the AI rewrite publish anything automatically?

No. It drafts against your brand guidelines and you approve what ships. You can also see exactly what changed against your original copy before deciding.

What if we do not have our conversion metrics to hand?

Start with the labeled industry averages and replace them later. They are marked as benchmarks everywhere they appear, so nobody mistakes them for your data.

Is this replacing our SEO work?

It covers both. Search rankings, AI Overviews and People Also Ask are fetched live, and two of the ten dimensions grade search visibility directly — alongside the LLM citation work.
